Job Summary
Operate all processing plant equipment for milling, crushing, gravity, and elution circuits while managing the control room and tailings storage facilities. Drive forklifts, EWPs, and skid-steers safely and monitor process control systems using CITECT. Identify and diagnose maintenance needs, act on efficiency improvements, and mentor team members to ensure a safe environment. Liaise with contractors and stakeholders as required. This full-time position at the Tuckabianna site involves a 7-on, 7-off roster with fly-in nights. Candidates must hold a current "C" Class WA driver's licence and 5+ years of gold processing plant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence
- 5+ years experience working within a gold processing plant
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT)
- Confined Space Ticket
- Gas Testing Ticket
- Working at Heights Ticket
- Forklift Licence
- Medical and drug and alcohol screening
- Relevant right to work checks
- Valid Australian national police clearance
- Valid Australian driver's licence (or be able to obtain)
