Lead the team to safely deliver plan, performance, and quality across the Vulcan Project by guiding, developing, and recognizing your staff. Own daily schedules, resources, and interfaces with contractors and suppliers while driving reliability and continuous improvement. Set clear expectations, enforce safety and plan compliance, and foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected.
