Job Summary
Leading Hand role in Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort’s Facilities team; hands-on leadership coordinating daily grounds/maintenance tasks, supervising the grounds team, coordinating labour, liaising with contractors, maintaining landscaping and utility infrastructure, overseeing waste operations, and ensuring safety/compliance; acts as Facilities Manager's delegate during absences and supports workload planning and project priorities with strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, facilities, property maintenance, or a similar field
- Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a small team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and coordinate resources effectively
- Current drivers licence
- Trade qualification or relevant maintenance experience highly regarded
