Job Summary
Leading Hand (Electrical) to supervise a small team of electricians and trades in the Brisbane area, overseeing maintenance and upgrades of electrical, control, and telemetry systems across water and wastewater infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating high-risk works, ensuring quality assurance, providing technical support for installations, commissioning, and repairs, assisting with planning, estimating, and subcontractor engagement, promoting continuous HSE improvement, mentoring apprentices, and fostering collaboration across disciplines while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and upholding the company's safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5 Years’ experience in the Water industry (Desirable)
- National Licence to perform High Risk work (Desirable)
- Experience with SCADA
- Knowledge of instrumentation & control fault finding
- Willingness to upskill and undertake additional training
