Job Summary
Manage a small team of Carpenters and Apprentices on site, working closely with the Senior Site Manager to oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries. Interpret plans and follow a construction program while owning all powered and hand tools to complete carpentry tasks on high-end residential, architecturally designed homes. Lead the group with strong mentoring skills, ensuring quality and detail in award-winning construction projects. Located on the Northern Beaches, this role requires a qualified Carpenter with at least three years of experience, a valid driver's license, and a White Card.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working as a Carpenter
- Experience working as a Carpenter, preferably on high-end residential, architecturally designed homes
- Able to confidently manage a small team of Carpenters and Apprentices on site
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to oversee subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
- Ability to interpret plans and follow a construction program
- Own all powered and hand tools to complete all carpentry tasks on site
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Carpenter
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle
- White Card - General Construction Induction Card
