Leading Brands Operations Intern

Assist with daily restaurant operations from opening to closing, working across all sections while supervising a team and leading staff. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock issuance, and maintain operational standards by providing detailed feedback on findings. Protect brand integrity via compliance and handle customer queries and complaints directly. Receive on-the-job training and coaching to develop skills in hospitality management. This 12-month program requires a South African citizen or EEA national aged 18 to 28 with a tertiary food-related qualification.
