Job Summary
Internship program for culture professionals to develop transformational leadership over ten months in Amsterdam; engages in workshops, peer circles, and coaching to implement a personal learning plan, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and collaborative governance. The program develops strategic insight, change management, and vision, featuring thematics on business development, social and psychological safety, governance and collaboration, and ends with an opportunity to apply a personal development plan within a multi-voiced organizational context. Selection involves an application and intake process, with a cohort of 12 starting in January 2026 and approximately 8 hours per week commitment.
