Job Summary
Leadhand role overseeing cleaning and maintenance operations: supervise, schedule, and coordinate interior cleaning of a building, assign tasks, inspect work, manage supplies and inventory, and assist with hiring, training, performance reviews, and reporting on occupancy, hours, and expenses. May supervise exterior cleaning, snow removal, basic maintenance, and minor repairs; ensure safety procedures and proper operation of cleaning equipment, maintain Safety Data Sheets, and coordinate with management. Requires 2+ years of related supervisory experience, high school diploma or GED preferred, and strong MS Office skills; must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with staff and management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years related experience (supervisory level)
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word and Excel)
- Ability to supervise and coordinate work orders and scheduling
- Reliable, thorough, and well-organized
- Good written and verbal communication skills
