Job Summary
Leadership Trainee, Yard Operations program in the Greater Toronto Area. You will shadow and support Operations Leaders, take ownership of projects to optimize productivity and reduce waste, and develop key leadership skills by managing people and teams in real-time. Build cross-functional knowledge by collaborating with Fleet & Logistics, Maintenance, Sales, and Business Process Improvement, with the goal of growing into an Operations leadership role within CMI's metal recycling operations.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves, work on the plant floor, and learn the business from the ground up.
