Job Summary
Leadership Trainee participates in a multi-month rotational program across Customer Relations, Inside Sales, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Purchasing, and Warehouse Administration to build a foundation for leadership roles. Rotations include Customer Relations (4–5 months), Inside Sales (2–3 months), Quality Assurance (1–2 months), Logistics (1–2 months), Purchasing (1–2 months), and Warehouse Administration (1 month), with optional rotations in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing based on background/skillset. Requires a Bachelor's degree and emphasizes organizational, time management, and communication skills, with opportunities for growth into Sales Team Lead/Manager, Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager, Product Management, and related paths.
