Job Summary
Leadership Trainee at Subway responsible for supervising a staff of 4-12, assigning and evaluating work, ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served to standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety, managing inventory and product ordering, assisting in planning events and promotions, coordinating training, and providing hands-on career experience in a restaurant business. Must be an excellent communicator, able to operate a POS system/cash register, and capable of physical tasks such as lifting. Full/Part Time roles and Day/Evening/Weekend shifts vary by location. Education required: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restaurant operations with supervisory experience preferred. Location: Windsor, CT, United States.
