Job Summary
As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Trainee will focus on seven main things: Providing an excellent Guest experience; Ensuring that great food is prepared & served; Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful; Controlling inventory; Scheduling and supervising staff; Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security; Being a team player. Managing a staff of 4-6 including evaluating work, coaching, and driving continuous improvement; Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful; Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed. You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities. Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
