Job Summary
Leadership Team at Chick-fil-A Knightdale will lead our team with a focus on adherence to procedures, proactive ownership of situations, and upholding guest expectations of service. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong values, character, and the ability to influence others while modeling Honor, Dignity, and Respect. The role requires at least 1 year of leadership experience or an Associates degree or higher in a related field, and candidates must be 18+ with a high school level education completed. The team member will help grow Chick-fil-A's reputation in the community by driving growth and meeting evolving goals, while actively leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences day in and day out.
