Job Summary
Drive from house to house according to company schedule providing in-home pet care services, as requested by clients. Lead and coach a team of pet care professionals while maintaining direct, open communication. Handle large dogs that pull on leash and provide daily interactions with both dogs and human families. This role requires owning your own vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Commit to at least 8 months and be available for one week of on-call rotation monthly. Work 25-35 hours per week split between admin and field time, with paid drive time included. Join a top-rated, 5-star local dog walking company dedicated to exceptional service for over 15 years.
Required Qualifications
- Must own your own vehicle, have a valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance
- Have leadership experience (at least 1 year)
- Have prior experience working with dogs
- Be coachable and able to coach others
- Must have a smart phone w/unlimited data (and able to use our apps)
- Must be over 18
- Must be able to handle large dogs that pull on leash
- Must be willing to commit for at least 8 months
- Must be comfortable with open and direct communication
- On-Call availability is a must one week per month
