Job Summary
Assess, design, and facilitate leadership-oriented programming and interventions for diverse audiences to improve effectiveness. Develop L&D processes, internal reference resources, and web-based training materials while establishing a comprehensive training library. Act as a subject matter expert advising leaders on development opportunities and partnering with Talent members to plan programs across all levels. Manage multiple projects and coordinate task forces to submit recommendations to the executive team, ensuring continuous improvement through rigorous evaluation and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related experience
- Minimum Eight (8) years facilitation experience
- at least five (5) years focused on designing and delivering leadership and professional development for emerging to senior level leaders
- Experience managing a wide range of learning and development projects and programs at a time
- Up to 25% travel
- Work between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday
- Work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
- Must pass a background and drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in assessment tools and facilitation methods (e.g., DiSC, StrengthsFinder, DDI)
- Experience facilitating content from leading leadership frameworks (e.g., The Leadership Challenge, Emotional Intelligence, etc.)
- Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and curriculum development
