Job Summary
Welcomes and greets guests, takes and prepares customer orders at either the front counter or drive-thru, maintains cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observes health and sanitation guidelines, and ensures each guest leaves with a smile. Training is provided, with emphasis on friendly, enthusiastic service and 2nd mile service to every guest. The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules and offers opportunities for growth into leadership within the Chick-fil-A restaurant community.
