Job Summary
Lead major gifts program, manage middle/major donor portfolio ($1,000-$9,999 and $10,000+ bequests), close gifts, develop donor plans, moves management, CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT), donor events, stewardship, collaboration with Director of Development and Individual Giving & Stewardship Manager, produce reports, and maintain donor records. Requires 5+ years fundraising; hybrid/Full-time in Mississauga, Ontario; benefits and professional development offered.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience
- substantive track record in major gifts at the $10,000+ level
- College diploma, university degree, or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
- Demonstrated experience with customer management systems (preferably Raiser’s Edge) or other moves-management systems
