Job Summary
Lead and manage the team of Major Donor, Mid-Level Donor, and Legacy Fundraisers at FOUR PAWS Austria on strategic and operational levels. Develop and implement Leadership Giving strategies, processes, and fundraising plans, including donor acquisition, cultivation, stewardship, and retention. Collaborate closely with national and international teams across the DACH region to ensure effective information sharing. Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Leadership Giving while managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting. Represent FOUR PAWS Austria at partner, networking, and events to play a key role in annual fundraising planning. Oversee complex donor cases and support the team in strategic donor cultivation and relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid work permit for the respective country or being eligible to obtain one
- Several years of experience in fundraising
- Fluency in German
- Strong English language skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Passion for animal welfare
- Commitment to FOUR PAWS' mission
