Job Summary
Gain operational understanding of Mustang Cat's business, product lines, and customers through rotational assignments across Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales Administration. Complete daily responsibilities within assigned areas while developing leadership competencies via structured coursework, mentoring, and one-on-one coaching from experienced leaders. Build relationships with employees, leadership teams, and customers, support process improvement initiatives, and deliver professional presentations on progress and lessons learned. Maintain a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence while collaborating with departmental teams to achieve goals. Participate in lunch-and-learn sessions led by executive leadership and gain exposure to industry-leading Caterpillar products.

- Bachelor's degree required

Desired Qualifications
- Interest in the Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, Industrial Power, or Equipment Rental industries
- Previous leadership, internship, project management, or team-based experience
- Experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or technical environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
