Job Summary
Manage yourself and lead others through formal Leadership Training led by the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. Complete P&L Boot Camp, monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, and Garage Gurus Classroom and Hands-on Automotive Training for Professionals. Attend annual Managers Conferences, budget rollout meetings, and safety symposiums. After 12 months, transition to a Service Manager role at a retail location. This program prepares recent college graduates for leadership within VIP Tires & Service's expanding network of 76 locations across five states.
