Job Summary
Manage Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Operated Restaurants by protecting brand standards, analyzing business performance, and developing 30- to 90-day plans. Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise Team Members while ensuring compliance with employment laws and food safety protocols like LEAN Chicken and SAFE Daily Critical. Lead a team of trainers, conduct performance reviews, and optimize inventory and vendor relationships to maximize financial return. Alternatively, consult with independent franchised Operators during the New Restaurant Opening process, manage the opening budget, and advise on operational strategies and brand standards. Participants rotate between these roles and may lead staff projects at the Support Center as needed. Requires 100% travel, weekend availability, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to consume the entirety of the Chick-fil-A menu without dietary restrictions
- Prior Field Talent Staff (FTS) Experience within 24 months prior to application
- Valid US or Canadian Driver License
- Willing to travel 100 percent of the time
- Available to work on weekends
- Requires prolonged standing
- Ability to work in noisy, crowded, and fast-paced Restaurant environments
- Ability to travel (domestic or international flights and driving long distances)
- 5 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of leadership experience
- 2 years of Chick-fil-A or Truett's Group restaurant experience
