Leadership Development Position

Leadership development role in a Chick-fil-A restaurant focused on leading daily operations, ensuring food quality and safety, coaching and developing team members, setting shift goals, and collaborating with senior leadership on systems and people initiatives. You’ll cultivate hospitality, a positive culture, and servant leadership while growing into higher levels of responsibility over time; availability for opening, mid, and closing shifts including Fridays and Saturdays is expected.
