Job Summary
The Leadership & Development Manager will coordinate and conduct annual training and development needs assessments, develop and execute training programs, oversee the Leadership Academy, and administer HR services including performance evaluations and employee relations. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, designing training manuals and online modules, delivering training, providing guidance to staff, and conducting follow-up studies to evaluate training effectiveness. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in managerial roles and employee development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Two years of managerial and administrative experience
- Two years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
