Job Summary
Rotational Leadership Development Program for recent graduates: complete structured rotations through 3–4 business functions (Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Product, and People Operations); lead and contribute to cross-functional projects; develop a broad understanding of Vales business, technology, and culture; build a network of mentors and peers within the Vale leadership team; present learnings and recommendations to senior leadership; identify a function for a full-time placement; gain mentorship from industry professionals and work directly with Vales leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university, graduated within the last 2 years
- Demonstrated leadership in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for Vales mission and the startup environment
