Job Summary
Leadership Consultant role focused on recruiting and placing healthcare leaders. You will conduct proactive outbound outreach (cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns), source and interview prospective leaders, reformat resumes, and document activities in Logos and Airtable. You’ll meet performance metrics (daily call volume, weekly presentations, quarterly placement goals), bank leaders through messaging and reference checks, and support candidates through interview preparation and onboarding. You’ll liaise between leaders, clients, and internal teams, manage profiles and activity notes in Logos/SharePoint, and contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven culture while working remotely during standard business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or high-volume sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with high outbound call volume and structured processes
