Job Summary
Oversee receiving of materials and inbound activities, monitor reports to ensure sufficient materials for production, and manage warehouse space to optimize material flow and storage security. Supervise 1-5 subordinates, enforce safety and housekeeping audits, and utilize management tools to review daily trends, eliminate delays, and maintain adherence to production and shipping schedules. Manage contingency plans for workflow changes, enforce Quality and MPL procedures, and participate in annual budget forecasts to report material and labor costs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, two years of ERP and warehouse management system experience, and familiarity with union environments and KANBAN systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Level Degree
- Supply Chain Management or Engineering
- 2 Years' experience using an ERP system in a repetitive manufacturing environment
- 2 years' experience using a warehouse management system
- Experienced managing in a union environment
- Experienced with KANBAN systems
- Experience with OSHA standards
