Seeking a strategic Total Rewards leader to design, deliver, and evolve compensation, benefits, and retirement programs supporting global initiatives. Responsibilities include managing total rewards programs, ensuring compliance with laws, resolving associate inquiries, building decision-making tools, managing vendor relationships, developing job architecture, and conducting compensation surveys. Requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in total rewards (compensation and health/retirement benefits)
  • Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent command of Excel, Canva, Google Suite, benefit administration platforms, Oracle, CompAnalyst

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience administering global benefits plans preferred
  • Experience working with outside consultants and vendor partners and leading key projects
