Job Summary
Design and deliver functional and non-functional product features using an AI-driven SDLC for Cisco Secure Access. Mentor engineers, promote best practices, and create a culture of execution excellence coupled with an AI-first mindset. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, product management, and field teams to lead technology direction and facilitate key technical decisions. Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance cloud services supporting global enterprise users across 100+ data centers. Requires 10+ years of experience in Go, Python, and Java, with a track record of scaling engineering teams and solving complex distributed system problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent
- 15+ years' experience in designing, analysing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Experience in building cloud delivered SaaS based security solutions
- Experience with Go, Java, Python
- Knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, or methodologies
- Proven skills in managing a high growth business and scaling engineering teams

- Experience with AWS/GCP and monitoring/observability tools, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
