Job Summary
Senior technology leader responsible for enterprise-wide Quality Engineering, Certification, and Production Readiness. Lead the development and governance of standards, ensure release readiness and risk management, and drive an automation-first, shift-left quality culture across Product, Engineering, Platform, and Operations. Define and govern the certification lifecycle, readiness metrics, and data-driven KPIs to improve end-to-end delivery outcomes, while coaching and building a durable quality engineering organization within a large Enterprise Delivery framework in a hybrid Canadian work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or related technology leadership roles
- Deep experience operating within Agile and DevOps environments at scale
- Proven track record establishing enterprise standards, governance models, and delivery disciplines
- Leadership experience coaching teams to think beyond testing towards engineering quality by design
- Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity
