Job Summary
Lead shift operations for TN & bulk gas station, coordinate troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process upsets, and provide technical guidance to Process Technicians within the shift team. Ensure safe, reliable, and optimized plant operation; supervise and assist in directing day-to-day plant operations; ensure proper execution of work permits, MOC controls, and critical operation activities. Contribute to safety, reliability, and productivity improvements, participate in CI projects, and maintain effective communication with maintenance, engineering, and other functions to support uninterrupted plant performance.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated proven interpersonal skills.
- Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection.
- Experience in process plant operation, ASU knowledge and technical skills.
- 2+ years ASU production plant or similar plant operating experience; 2-year college or college degree.
- Good written and spoken English.
