Job Summary
The Leader on Duty is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and providing direction for the entire branch and grounds, especially in emergency and conflict situations. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction, conducting membership engagement strategies, and responding to member inquiries. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with members and promote a welcoming environment. A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and prior management experience are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Previous management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Complete New Employee Orientation, MOD Orientation Training, and CPR/AED/First Aid/Oxygen certification within 30 days of hire
