Job Summary
Lead material management execution for NPI programs, ensuring material availability, supplier readiness, and build schedule alignment before major milestones. Own clear-to-build readiness for prototype, pilot, and early ramp builds by managing shortage reviews, long-lead component visibility, and supplier commitments. Partner with EMS manufacturing partners to establish executable build plans, confirm material commitments, and manage prototype-to-ramp transitions. Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing Operations to evaluate BOM maturity, engineering change impacts, and lifecycle status. Utilize Kinaxis, Agile, and analytics tools to align demand, supply, and supplier execution while leading cross-functional readiness reviews. Develop operating cadences and dashboards providing visibility into clear-to-build status, shortage aging, and inventory exposure.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in material management, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing operations, product operations, or a related supply chain function
