Job Summary
As a Leader in Training at Parker’s Kitchen, you will develop skills to lead convenience store operations encompassing gasoline, retail, and food service. Responsibilities include ensuring customer service and merchandising standards, adherence to safety and security protocols, managing supplies and expenses, and maintaining knowledge of products and policies. The position requires prior management experience in retail, a valid driver's license, and successful completion of relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a retail operation or experience within Parker’s
- Must maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Successful completion of ServSafe Certification
- Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training
- Successful completion of UST Training
