Job Summary
As a Leader in Training, you will enhance and develop skills to lead convenience store operations, ensuring standards for customer service, safety, and security are met. The role involves managing supplies and expenses, adhering to laws regarding alcohol and tobacco sales, and maintaining product knowledge. Prior management experience in retail is required along with certifications in ServSafe and alcohol/tobacco sales. Successful candidates will also demonstrate excellent personal hygiene and leadership qualities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a retail operation or experience within Parker’s
- Must maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Successful completion of ServSafe Certification
- Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training
- Successful completion of UST Training
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to lead by example
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail operations
