Job Summary
As a Leader in Training at Parker’s Kitchen, you will be responsible for leading convenience store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service. Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service standards are met, adhering to safety protocols, managing operational systems, and maintaining product knowledge. You are expected to lead by example and assist in the management of the deli department. The role requires prior management experience, a valid driver's license, and completion of various safety and operational training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a retail operation or experience within Parker’s
- Must maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Successful completion of ServSafe Certification
- Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training
- Successful completion of UST Training
Additional Requirements
- Reference checks will be conducted on all candidates
- Successful candidates must pass a standard background check
