Job Summary
As a Leader in Training, you will develop skills to successfully manage convenience store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service. The role includes ensuring excellent customer service, adherence to operational standards, and accountability for supplies and expenses. You will lead by example in maintaining customer service standards, product quality, and employee compliance with policies. Training and opportunities for promotion are integral to the role.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a retail operation or experience within Parker’s
- Must maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Successful completion of ServSafe Certification
- Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training
- Successful completion of UST Training
Additional Requirements
- Reference checks will be conducted on all candidates
- Successful candidates must pass a standard background check
