Job Summary
As a Leader in Training, you will develop skills to lead, plan, organize, and control convenience store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, adhering to operational safety and security standards, monitoring product quality, and maintaining knowledge of store policies and products. You will also cover for the Store Leader during their absence, enhancing your leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a retail operation or experience within Parker’s
- Must maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Successful completion of ServSafe Certification
- Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training
- Successful completion of UST Training
