Job Summary
As a Leader in Training at Parker’s Kitchen, you will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and controlling the operations of convenience store activities, including retail, gasoline, and food service operations. The role requires ensuring excellent standards for customer service and operational safety, maintaining compliance with laws regarding alcohol and tobacco sales, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Candidates must have prior management experience, a valid driver’s license, and certified training in food safety and alcohol/tobacco sales.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a retail operation
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Successful completion of ServSafe Certification
- Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training
- Successful completion of UST Training
