Job Summary
As a Leader in Training at Parker’s Kitchen, you will enhance your skills to lead, plan, and control convenience store operations, which include gasoline, retail, and food service. You will ensure standards for customer service, operational safety, and merchandising are met during each shift, and lead by example with a focus on excellent personal appearance and hygiene. The role requires prior management experience in retail, and completion of various certifications, including ServSafe and alcohol and tobacco sales training.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a retail operation
- Current valid driver's license
- ServSafe Certification
- Successfully completed training for alcohol and tobacco sales
