Job Summary
Leader In Training (LIT) supports store leadership by performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks such as guest service, cashiering, merchandise display, and routines in collaboration with the Store Manager and Leadership Team. The role emphasizes developing leadership capabilities, recruiting and training Teammates, achieving sales goals, executing visual merchandising standards, and maintaining store operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Candidate should demonstrate strong customer service, product knowledge, showmanship, coaching abilities, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
