Leader In Training (Part-Time)

Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader responsible for a mix of sales, merchandising, and operational duties to support store leadership, including cashiering, product displays, POS procedures, guest service, and leadership development. Focus on achieving sales goals, delivering legendary guest service, recruiting and developing Teammates, leading by example in visual merchandising, training, and applying loss-prevention practices. Demonstrates product knowledge, executes the Sales Presentation Guide, and contributes to a positive floor culture while supporting the Store Manager and Leadership Team in daily operations and guest engagement.
