Leader In Training (Part-Time)

Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader role involving sales generation, guest service, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, executing sales strategies, maintaining knowledge of promotions and policies, achieving personal sales goals, leading by example in customer service, recruiting and training Teammates, and coordinating visual merchandising and daily floor presence. The role requires leadership actions, collaboration with Store Manager and Leadership Team, and participation in ongoing development of staff and store performance through tasks such as inventory management, POS procedures, and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines. Work schedule is part-time and may involve mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, with a focus on delivering an engaging shopping experience.
