Leader In Training (Part-Time)

Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader responsible for executing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under store management. Collaborates with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates, and provide leadership; duties include greeting and serving Guests, assisting with product discovery, knowledge-based selling, executing SPG guidelines, achieving sales goals, leading by example in customer service, and supporting onboarding and development of teammates. Focus areas include sales generation, guest service, merchandising and visual standards, operations, and supervisory/leadership activities with an emphasis on training and coaching while maintaining store standards and adherence to policies.
