Job Summary
Conduct daily sales, merchandising, and operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise display, and routine cleaning. Greet guests, answer product questions, and recommend items while maintaining personal sales goals and guest loyalty programs. Lead new Teammates through orientation, training, and daily accountability checks to ensure they meet Buckle's standards. Manage zone ownership by assigning projects, tracking results, and enforcing visual standards across the sales floor. Execute Point of Sale procedures, handle returns and exchanges, and monitor loss prevention guidelines during shifts. Work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs

- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
