Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend items based on guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour targets and utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Lead by example through showmanship, coach new team members on fit appointments and denim standards, and assign daily learning goals to team members. Manage visual merchandising by confirming adherence to weekly checklists, ensuring sales floors are sized correctly, and communicating merchandising solutions to store management. Execute point-of-sale procedures, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean, organized store environment while adhering to loss prevention guidelines. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday days as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
