Leader In Training (Part-Time)

Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader with part-time schedule drives guest experience and store performance through hands-on leadership, sales execution, and merchandising. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, leading by example in customer service, achieving sales-per-hour and net sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide, leading recruiting and training of teammates, and supporting leadership in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention. The role emphasizes developing a client-based business, coaching teammates, and upholding Buckle’s policies and ethical standards while ensuring a positive floor culture and professional appearance.
