Leader In Training (Part-Time)

Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader execute sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under store management, including cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and floor cleaning; collaborates with Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership; responsibilities span guest service, product knowledge application, recommending and locating merchandise, delivering showmanship and SPG-aligned presentations, mastering POS procedures, ensuring loss prevention practices, and leading visual merchandising and department zones; role emphasizes coaching and development of teammates, achieving personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals, and maintaining a positive store culture through effective leadership and customer engagement.
