Leader In Training (Part-Time)

Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain product knowledge, share sales and promotion updates, and achieve personal sales-per-hour goals. Lead by example, coach new teammates on sales presentation and visual standards, and assign zones with specific learning goals. Execute point-of-sale procedures, follow loss prevention guidelines including bag checks, and ensure the store remains clean and shoppable. Complete opening and closing checklists, navigate inventory tools, and communicate policy violations or guest concerns to management. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
