Leader In Training (Part-Time)

Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader responsible for a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks to support the store team. Duties include greeting guests, assisting with product selection and wardrobe recommendations, maintaining product knowledge and executing sales education, processing transactions, merchandising displays, executing POS procedures, and performing routine store cleaning. Partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and train new teammates, and provide leadership. Requires coaching, demonstrating showmanship in customer interactions, leading by example, and supporting store initiatives such as visual merchandising, loss prevention, and guest service excellence. Part-time role with emphasis on leadership development, customer service, and daily store operations, including flexibility to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday-related shifts.
