Leader In Training (Part-Time)

Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader support store management by performing a mix of sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise display, and routine store duties. The role involves working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership while delivering legendary guest service across the store (Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area). Responsibilities include greeting guests, advising on product selection, demonstrating product knowledge and sales education, executing POS procedures, maintaining visual standards and product flow, and supporting daily operations, training, and development of Teammates. The position emphasizes leadership actions, coaching, and collaboration to achieve store goals, plus participation in visual merchandise management and ongoing process improvements.
